Elizabeth Stell is a DPhil student at Oriel College working on her dissertation ‘Dream Dynamics and Dream Dialect in the Exagoge of Ezekiel’ under the supervision of Professor Hindy Najman.
Prior to this, she completed a BA and an MPhil both at the University of Oxford, with her masters’ dissertation exploring the efficacy of prophetic actions in the Hebrew Bible. Elizabeth’s current research interests touch on the prophetic, the revelatory, the fragment, and the construction of meaning and the workings of interpretation, particularly in relation to dream.
