Elisabeth Wouters is a first-year MPhil student at Oriel College under the supervision of Professor Hindy Najman. Elisabeth received an Advanced Research Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from KU Leuven. Her Master’s dissertation examined (post-) feminist exegesis of the Song of Songs.
Her research interests lie in particular in gender and sexuality studies linked with biblical exegesis, as well as with environmental ethics in the Old Testament.
